Graduate vacancies with a difference
Shorter KTP vacancies provides an opportunity for a KTP Associate to undertake a short term, tactical project that provide a solution for business. Typical projects may last between 10 and 40 weeks. Shorter KTP projects may run alongside, or follow on from other existing KTP activity.
Associates employed on shorter KTP have access to two online training modules which focus on the skills needed to manage a project and a CPD Certificate is issued upon successful completion. Associates are not able to access the full Diploma in Management, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute.
