The Academic Excellence Award recognises the outstanding contribution made by a member of academic staff to KTP and the role that they have had on influencing the uptake of KTP throughout their institution. This year’s winner is Professor Rachel McCrindle, who is Professor of Computer and Human Interaction at the University of Reading. Rachel has been a major supporter of KTP over the past 12 years and has either led, or supervised, a large number of KTP projects throughout this period.
