Award Winning Partnership - England

Zoeftig and Company Ltd, the University of Plymouth and Associate Charlie Fowler

In collaboration with the University of Plymouth, the KTP project has enabled Zoeftig to move from a largely reactive to a research and innovation-led business with a focus on thorough research and cutting-edge design. The project has significantly improved efficiency in all aspects of the business’s operations, enabling it to react quickly to satisfy customer orders. A new, revolutionary seating system has been developed and the existing product range has been improved using a more sophisticated and technologically advanced solution than competitors, which has significantly enhanced Zoeftig’s competitive position with the market.

Partnership funded by the Technology Strategy Board and the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC)
