To expand the capability of specialist communication systems by optimizing the RF signal path, exploiting diversity and introducing novel beam steering and beam forming supported by optimised software algorithms; including the test of new signal processing methods and hardware innovations for new products.
The KTP Associate will need to have a PhD in a field related to communication systems or an equivalent industry research based track record. They will be expected to investigate, design, develop and test proposals, along with writing up and dissemination of findings to include organising workshops for interested academics and commercial organisations.
