Leading the research to develop and implement state-of-the-art MIMO antenna rays for wireless indoor Arris products. MIMO is multiple-input and multiple-output - a method for increasing the capacity of a radio link using multiple transmit and receive antennas to exploit multipath propagation.
The KTP Associate will need to have a PhD in a field to RF/antenna design or an equivalent industry research based track record. They will be expected to investigate, design, develop and test proposals, along with writing up and dissemination of findings to include organising workshops for interested academics and£ commercial organisations.
